ALL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS REQUIRE A CRIB OR PLAYPEN IN-ROOM.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD SLEEPING ON BEDS.

A minimum of four hours (basic service) per service is required. No more than four children can be placed with a babysitter upon notification, supervisor’s approval and specific individual needs. Service must be requested by parents or legal guardians only. A 50% charge will always be applied in a less than 24 hours cancellation notice on confirmed childcare reservations. No timely cancellation from client and show up of staff members is equivalent to the delivery of basic service of four hours.  Any changes and/or requests must be received within the normal office operation hours. Daily fee may not include transportation or third-party parking fees.  Any parking expense or transportation fee/cost will be applied to your final bill.  Fraction of hours is equivalent to full hour charge.  Parents are responsible to call on time to the office during regular business hours and made their childcare arrangements with our Family Concierge Specialist. Gratuity is not included.  

 

CONSENT FORM BY PARENTS MUST BE RECEIVED TO CONFIRM A CHILDCARE RESERVATION.

Note:  All our associates hold an exclusivity contracting agreement that is legally protected; we guarantee the continuity and standard of our services through our valued human assets.  All our clients must contact our office to request our services and/or make any updates.  Directly contacting our associates does not guarantee an updated file in the system, continuity of the service or an acknowledgment of new services.
