Q: How
much time do I need to contact the agency?
A:
You need to contact the agency with a
minimum of twenty four (24) hours in advance
to schedule and book a service.
If you call the agency the same
day that you need the service you will be place in a waiting list
upon services cancellations.
Q: How
are Nanny on Call PR, Inc. staff recruited?
A:
Staff undergoes a rigorous process of evaluation, selection and
training that includes a presentation of all working official
documents, interviewing process, a basic background check and
training time along with a supervisor. All staff is under
supervision and evaluation regularly to ensure our quality signature
and trusted name.
Q: I
am very nervous about leaving my child with an unknown caregiver,
will my child be safe?
A:
Yes, your child will be very safe. Your child will be
supervised and taken care of by one of our loving and trusted
caregivers. You may not know our caregivers, but we do.
Our caregivers are our exclusive own personnel and we are a highly
premium trustable entity that acknowledges parent’s concerns and
worries. We, as mothers, sisters, aunts and even grandmothers
know the value and preciousness of childhood and will make sure that
your child is having a happy moment with our staff.
Q:
Do I need to pay the caregiver or the agency?
A:
You must ALWAYS
pay to the agency. Any money given directly to our caregivers
will be considered a gratuity and will not constitute our fee.
Q:
What is the cancellation policy?
A:
You are allowed to cancel a service with a minimum of four (4) hours
notice without charges or penalties. If you cancel service with
a less than four (4) hours notice you will be charge a cancellation
fee of $25. If you cancel services upon caregiver arrival to
your home, you will be charge two (2) hours of service.
Q:
How will the babysitting find me in a hotel?
A: The
babysitter will always meet you right at your room door. There
is no need of waiting in a lobby, or anywhere else around. Just
get ready to have a great time while our caregiver meets you right at
the commodity of your hotel room.
Q:
Do I need to fill out a form to get Nanny on Call services?
A:
Yes. You must fill out the online acknowledgment and submit it.
Our operators gladly will assist you with payment and booking.
Q: How
should I contact the agency?
A:
You should contact the agency either online or by telephone from
10:00am to 6:00pm.
Q:
I am traveling with other parents, can we share the babysitter?
A:
Yes you can share the babysitter as long as the total of children is
no greater than four (4). Group rates will not apply.
Q:
Our children need to have a meal while the babysitter is with them,
how do we work this out?
A:
You can call room service and order meal for your children; the
babysitter will follow up your order, or you can instruct our staff
to order for your children at a specified time. You do not need
to leave cash, the order will be charged to your room account and a
receipt by the hotel should be provided for your records.
Q: Can
the caregiver bring the kids down to the beach area?
A:
No. The beach site is not a safe area for our staff along with
children.
Q:
I schedule four child care services but I only need three, will I be
charged for all four services?
A:
No. The agency charges only for the used time after the
first four hours of basic child care service. Remember to
cancel within the grace period to avoid penalties.
Q.
If our caregiver gets sick and cannot provide services once we
started using the agency's service, do I need to cancel service?
A:
No. Nanny on Call PR, Inc. will notify any changes and a new
staff will be assign to you at no extra cost.
Q:
I have a child with special necessities, can I still use Nanny on
Call PR, Inc.?
A:
Yes. If you have a child with special necessities you must
notify the agency We will provide a care giver qualified
to help you with your child.
Q: Should
I inform the agency about any health condition or medication my
child is having?
A:
Yes. If your child is taking any medication or is under any
medical treatment, you must notify the agency.
Q:
Do I need to provide any meal to our care giver?
A:
Shifts longer than four (4) hours taking place during any meal time,
require the parents to provide a simple meal to our staff. If
you do not wish to offer a simple meal to your care giver you must
notify it at the moment of placing and booking your reservation.
Q:
What am I supposed to do if I am concern about any issues with the
nanny?
A:
If for some reason you have any concerns with your care giver, you
must call immediately and talk with one of our operators. Your
concerns should be genuine and not based on religious, political or
race bases.
